Interim Site Inspections

Interim and final testing of newly installed or renovated medical gas systems is one of the primary functions of our firm. A final certification testing and a "Letter of Certification" by our firm follow testing to ensure code compliance. Interim site inspections to ensure full compliance of work with all aspects of the Standard and specifications. This will include: proper location of equipment; proper brazing and purging techniques, which will be verified by drawing particulate filter samples and by examination of sample work and random joint removals; verification of record drawings; and installation of the necessary valves and equipment to meet the requirements of the Standard. These visits are estimated at no more than one day on site.

A detailed report will be submitted after each visit. Particulate filter samples are drawn and sections of pipe removed to ensure that work is clean and properly purged. If required, corrective actions are suggested.
